Most Americans only know figgy pudding from the classic holiday song “We Wish you a Merry Christmas.” But what actually IS figgy pudding? To launch the limited-time flavor SPAM® Figgy Pudding, the song was reimagined with new lyrics (by yours truly) that speculate
about the figgy flavor – sung by classic holiday characters. I even managed to sneak in a relatively tasteful cannibalism joke.
That’s a pretty rare feat in this industry.
